Project Description:
This home was custom built in the 1970's and was in desperate need of a
face-lift. It was neither difficult nor expensive to restore some spirit into
the house. For the most part the changes were cosmetic which included: Concrete
flooring application, 2 additional skylights (total of 6), renovated washrooms,
bamboo flooring and kitchen facelift. Renovation cost $40,000 but the value of
the home was increased much more than this. |
