Project Description:
Cogency is a leading provider of semiconductors for the fast growing home
networking market. They expanded from their 5th floor suite into the 6th and
7th floors. The 6th floor houses their marketing and executive departments and
is designed accordingly to reflect that. The project was conducted in two
phases in order to allow zero interruption with their daily work. The energetic
and innovative feel of the space came with a very reasonable price tag of only
$30.00 per square foot. |
